Rachel Quigley and her husband, Dave, have been in full-time ministry for over 30 years. Rachel loves exploring with long walks, reading great books, and visiting her grandbabies as much as she can. Rachel joined the Encourage Ministry team in 2010 and has served as Encourage Ministry Director since 2021.
