Local Connects

“I wish we had more times to connect.”
Well, ladies, this can be more than a wish. Creating space to connect, committing time in the schedule and following through can make that wish come true.
We want to facilitate and give you opportunities to connect across the Network.
 
Here’s the plan and idea:

• Ministry women volunteer to be Connect liaisons. Women connect with the liaison for contact info of other women in their local area interested in connecting.
• On the local Connect level, ministry women connect at a home, coffee shop, mall, park, or whatever works for them. 
• Connects give opportunities for others to join. (Each Local Connect and host will set their own time, location, and frequency of connect opportunities)
• Connects build relationships, provide support, and give opportunities for sharing life together.

 
How can you be involved?

• Connect Team Liaison – You will work closely with the Encourage Ministry Team to connect ministry women in your area via phone, text, email. Coordinate times and locations with the hosts for local connect activities. 
• Host a local Connect group – This can be in your home, or at a convenient location (coffee shop, park, shopping center).
• Invite other ministry women to attend and when together encourage conversations and connections.
• Attend & participate– Being a part of Local Connects gives you the opportunity to connect with other ministry women.
